Cartoon Network is an American television channel that is owned by Turner Broadcasting System, which is owned by AT&T’s WarnerMedia. The channel first started in 1992, and the purpose of the channel is animated shows for children to early teens, with an age range of 7 to 15. The channel also has a late night adult counterpart known as Adult Swim, which airs from 8 P.M. to 6 A.M. every night. Cartoon Network in its early days aired shows like Looney Tunes, Tom and Jerry, and many other Hanna-Barbera cartoons, like The Flintstones. Most shows that no longer run on Cartoon Network now run on Boomerang, Cartoon Network’s sister channel. This was the past of Cartoon Network. And sadly, CN has recently taken a large turn for the worst.
